Rebranding apprenticeships
I was tasked with rebranding Arnold Clark apprenticeships. They employ over 900 apprentices, with 96% of them making it into the workforce.

Problem statement
Arnold Clark embarked on a mission to revamp its apprenticeship program, aiming to attract a younger, digitally-savvy audience. The existing branding was outdated and did not resonate with the target demographic. As the lead designer, I was tasked with creating a fresh visual identity that aligned with Arnold Clark's modern image while appealing to potential apprentices.
The rebranding process involved developing a contemporary color palette, modern typography, and dynamic imagery that showcased real apprentices in action. The design elements were applied across various platforms, including the apprenticeship website and promotional materials. The new branding not only enhanced the visual appeal but also improved user engagement, making the apprenticeship program more accessible and attractive to young talent.

Digital design
The separate landing page was created and the design was required to be used throughout the Arnold Clark website.

Large formats
The designs were required to be used throughout small business cards and brochures, to large format design.
